Terms of purchase

Terms that apply when you shop at Suspectify via the website.

These terms of purchase apply when you buy murder mysteries and related products from Suspectify ("Suspectify", "we") via suspectify.com. By placing an order you accept the terms below.

Orders and prices

All prices are shown in pounds including VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in price or product information before the contract is binding. An order is binding when you have received order confirmation by email.

Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. card or other options via our payment partner). Payment is charged when the order is approved.

Delivery

We usually dispatch within 1–2 working days after payment is received. Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays are often shipped the same day. Delivery time depends on the shipping method and carrier chosen — normally a few working days within Sweden and longer for international delivery.

If an item is out of stock we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer within the EU/EEA you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the goods, under the Consumer Rights Directive and applicable national rules. Tell us within this period if you wish to cancel — email info@suspectify.com with your order number.

Goods should be returned largely unchanged. You pay the direct cost of return postage unless otherwise agreed. On cancellation we refund the amount including standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof that you have sent them back.

Complaints

If goods are faulty or damaged you have rights under EU consumer law and applicable national consumer protection rules. Contact us as soon as possible with a description and photos if possible. We will remedy the fault by repair, replacement or price reduction/refund as appropriate.

Returns beyond withdrawal

For returns not based on withdrawal or a complaint, contact us first with the subject "Return". We accept returns as agreed.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, strike or disruption at the carrier.

Disputes

Swedish law applies unless mandatory consumer protection in your country requires otherwise. Disputes may be brought before the courts or via the EU Commission's online dispute resolution platform. As a consumer you may also use your national consumer advice or dispute resolution body.
